3 Clean Beauty Hacks To Try This Spring

Updated: Mar 22, 2021

Whenever you think about beauty, what comes to mind? Ever thought about home beauty? Most people don’t. When you hear the word beauty, most women think of hair-care or skin-care routine or products. You probably think this way because you were conditioned to do so by popular media or by influences from others close by like your friends or family.

Today I want to challenge you to think outside the box -think about beautifying your home - living space. At 360Girl&Women ®LLC our Beauty Paradigm focuses on both – Personal Care and Home beauty care.

Like many of us, this past year you’ve probably been spending a large percentage of time indoors. That’s why it’s even more important to learn how to refresh, refocus, and beautify your space. Not only does it create beauty that the eyes can see it provides a better mental outlook, thus improving the mind – a very important aspect of health.

Implement simple wellness tips:

· Start spring cleaning early. Make a weekly list of which areas of the house you will tackle. Make it fun and include members of your household. With safe cleaners’ children can join in on the cleaning fun. It teaches them independence and gives them the ability to learn responsibility. If you live alone make a ‘virtual spring cleaning’ date with a friend. Or turn on some fun inspirational music and clean alone!

· Use safe and nontoxic products when cleaning. Nontoxic and effect cleaners is a must for women’s health. Endocrine disrupters are known to affect reproductive health which can contribute to endometriosis, early puberty in girls, cancer and other reproductive abnormalities. Endocrine disrupters can be found in hair and skin products, and house hold cleaning products. So, choose the natural route, especially when cleaning, to help reduce the toxic load in your home. A safer cleaner space is always pleasing to the eyes and to the nose - your spouse, children, and/or pets will thank you!

· Have these items on hand at home: spray bottles, vinegar, baking soda, witch hazel, distilled water and Young Living Essential oil Starter Kit/ the Thieves Cleaner Starter Kit – these make a powerful yet safe cleaner for every nook and cranny in the entire home! You definitely can try cleaning without essential oils but beware - you won’t get the same powerful effect as using the oils. By the way, essential oils are the life line of a plant, making them very potent. They are distilled from shrubs, leaves, flowers, trees, resins, rinds, and herbs. Young Living essential oils are unadulterated, 100% pure therapeutic grade oils – not the ones you find at the drug store, malls, or even major chain stores. Their standards are higher than organic and their soils are triplicate tested.
