I spoke with Kristen Rogers from CNN about an important and trending news regarding the possible switch from high-fructose corn syrup (HFCS) to cane sugar in a popular soda brand. What is HFCS? What is cane sugar? Does it follow the same pathways in the body interms of digestion and absorption?
